Precia, an exclusive initiative of the Manjeera Group makes buying a home ever so easy.Now customers don’t have to worry about burning a hole in their pocket to meet the double expense of housing loan interest on their new home and rent for their rented/leased premises.

All they have to do is pay the Principal component of the home loan EMI. The Interest component will be borne by Manjeera till their apartment is ready for occupation, which is about one to two years from the date of signing off. Precia also acts as a catalyst for timely delivery.Any postponement in the date of delivery acts as a natural penalty clause on Manjeera as it continues to pay the interest on the home loan of its customers through the period of delay.
