Hyderabad : The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (Credia) on Tuesday announced the seventh edition of its Hyderabad Property Show which would begin on February 15.The three -day show will conclude on February 17.”With a buoyant mood and vibrancy in Telangana. the Credai Hyderabad Property Show 2019 will provide an ultimate platform to the home buyers who are planning to invest and buy their dream home in the rising city of Hyderabad , “S RAM REDDY , president , Credai Hyderabad , told the media here. GHMC Commissioner Dana Kishore attended the curtain raiser event of the three day show in which over 100 developers are expected to showcase their projects and offering ,The projects on display will include integrated townships ,apartment complexes , gated communities , villas , green building . Also , there will be focus on retail and commercial complexes. Real estate stakeholders from financial and manufacturing sectors are also to take part.”With our Chief Minister KCR retaining power in Telangana , we can expect the continuation of the proactive policies and initiative ,driving the growth and investment flow into the state .Hyderabad received and FDI of $ 793 million. Approval of strategic road development plan (SRDP)and other infrastructure projects like Metro will sever as catalyst for development and growth , “reddy explained.
According to him, West Hyderabad emerged as a key residential vector due to the availability of land parcels and proximity to workspace clusters “Hyderabad is expected to have an office space absorption of nearly 7.5 million square feet this year , its higest ever in a year ,”he said . The state Government is set to invest around Rs 50,000 crore towards creating as well as improving existing infrastructure in Hyderabad over the next five years , the GHMC Commissioner said the construction of the ring main near ORR for water distribution has commenced. the government is palnning to set up 160KM of ring main at an investment of Rs 4,500 crore.
